Fans banned !!! again  

Newcastle City Council thinks that it will incite racial hatred if England fans fly the flag in support of Becks & co.  And with this in mind they have issued a memo warning staff about flying the flag.

One rule for the English, another for everyone else !

The say "If England progresses to the later stages of the tournament we know staff will want to express their support but you will need to exercise discretion to ensure this does not offend others who may, for example, be supporting other national teams" In other words, the English cant fly their flags, but supporters of foreign teams can.  Excuse me, but is this not racist ?

Actually, what will happen is that it will stir up racial hatred if this council is allowed to enforce this policy.  Policy mind, not law. 

What happens is this.................Loyal fans are banned from celebrating the greatness of their team and naturally become angry.  Who is their anger aimed at ?  Well, partly the woolly-heads who came up with the idea, and partly the minorities that this policy was supposedly designed to protect.

Now the fact is that any self respecting, law abiding, decent Asian, of which most are, simply do not get upset by seeing an English flag.  I have even seen these flags on sale and displayed at our local shop, which is owned by an Asian.  He cant understand what the fuss is about.  He says that the only thing this nonsense does is reduce his profits because he sells less flags !!!

The idiots who dream up this garbage are insinuating that all Asians and other ethnic groups are over sensitive winging trouble makers, and they would rather not let anyone display their national pride, for sake of upsetting these poor downtrodden minorities and loose VOTES !!!!!

Newcastle City Council promotes racial hatred

We say.........YOU are the racists, Newcastle City Council policy makers.   You incite unrest, hatred, and contempt.  You propagate ideals that lead to more problems and more potential incidents of racial hate.  YOU are the reason that right wing parties exist.  We don't need this and neither do those of other ethnic groups.  Let us live in harmony without your hate-mongering policies.

Most Asians I know are decent hard working people.  They are sick to death of the waste of resource and money, which they also contribute to, being lost on initiatives like this in the name of being seen to be anti racist.

There are real issues of racism that are rife in our society that should be addressed in place of these spurious activities. 

When we hear the phrase "Institutional Racism", it really means those at the top who incite unrest and contempt with this sort of ill thought out policy.

NEWCASTLE CITY COUNCIL should wake up and smell the coffee !!
