They just wouldn't let it lie

Seems we have ruffled a few feathers in the corridors of power at Cambridge City Council. An article in today's Cambridge News about Blundering News gave the Council Spokesperson a forum to vent their views and frustrations. An boy, did they have a go at us. Can't think why, all we did was publish the truth about them.

Here is an extract

A council spokesman said: "The stuff on the site is libellous and clearly put there by someone extremely sick. It is causing us a great deal of concern and regrettably this is one of the downsides of the internet.

"Our lawyers are taking action and we are looking at it very seriously indeed. The allegations are totally without foundation."

Blithering idiots. first they say the stuff is libellous, and they say whoever put it there is sick. Dahuh !! Isn't that libellous ?

It causes them a great deal of concern and they see this as the downside of the internet. What ? The fact that there is a medium for the truth to be published for the world to see ? Of course it iis going to cause you concern you Yum-Yum, it exposes your corruption and incompetence.

Whoever this spokesperson is ought to read our name. BLUNDERING NEWS it means we publish news about blunders, and boy do these boys blunder.

As far as their lawyers are concerned..................gibber, gibber, gibber........NOT !!!!!!

"The allegations are totally without foundation" Yeah, we sit in a room and dream this stuff up because we have nothing better to do.

Listen you pencil pushing half witted parasites. We don't like doing this, but we do it because we dislike what you do even more, and as WE pay YOUR wages, WE want value for our MONEY. Get it ?

Bye the way, there is more to come on this Council, and especially Ms Railton. Seems that others are now coming to us with stories. What's that saying ? erm.....ah yes, there is no smoke without fire.

Oh yes, one final thing......a message to Ms Railton and her cohorts. We are here to stay and your limp and impotent attempts at shutting us down are a waste of your local taxpayers money. In the unlikely event that our host decided not to give us server space, we would simply move to one of a dozen others we have lined up.

In the meantime, it might interest you to know that our domain name is hosted separately to our web site content., So not only might you be barking up the wrong tree, but we can move the site around in minutes and point the domain name to wherever the content is hosted in the blink of an eye.

Just a thought for your local taxpayers to consider whilst you are wasting so much on legal expenses.
