most incredible chain of events that lead to them loosing all of their children in the most diabolical circumstances.  We have SS who offer to drop the case in return for sexual favours, a woman named once before in these pages, who had a sordid affair with a baby batterer, then covered up for him, and the usual bent judges who only made

Nixon had an affair with a man who battered a baby to death. She helped him get away with it

matters worse with their usual arrogant disrespect for the law and

the rights of these decent, hard working people.  To date, this is by far the most harrowing story that we have published.  However, this is a preliminary story, and will be added to over the coming weeks as we find out more  about this Rosemary Nixon/Weston character

.....and so it begins

Let me introduce you to MR & Mrs Tear, a family from Northampton.  Mr Tear, a decent hardworking man who has run a business in his locality since the age of 16, never been in trouble with the law, a business that serves the local community.  Mrs Tear, a mother, a wife, and a woman like may other in this country who lived a normal and relatively untroubled life with her family around her and a loving husband. Enter Rosemary Nixon, or Weston as she was once called, whilst having a sordid affair with a man who battered his step-child to death.  Remember the "Weston Affair" ?  (more on this later)  Rosemary Nixon, the hater of families, the power freak, the corrupt, the maniacal extractor of children from families.  Yes, she's done it many times and we are going to expose this Henchwoman of evil for what she is. In comes  Mr Wakefield, the depraved SS sock puppet who offers to help Mrs Tear in return for sexual favours, and aggravates the case further when rejected. The chronology of this story is as yet to be fully established, but suffice it to say that this is a chain of events that have taken place over a number of years and up to the present date.  Be prepared, it is not nice !!

......and so the SS become involved.

All of the Tear's attempts to get their daughter away from the low life who was feeding her this poison failed, and she gradually became worse, assaulting Mrs Tear quite seriously, and frequently.

Mrs Tear was also suffering from slight blindness and tunnel vision, which afflicted her since she was beaten badly in a Supermarket raid that she helped to foil.  She also lost the baby that she was carrying in this raid.  This has nothing to do with this story, other than the fact that is shows what a hardly and stalwart woman this is.

Shortly after the accusations that the SS made in hospital were dropped by the CPS, a case conference was arranged by Rosemary Nixon with a view to putting all of the Tears family children on the "at risk register".  Now, it must be noted that this family had never had a run in with the  SS before, and that all of the children were happy, healthy and normal, with no signs of abuse or ill-treatment.  However, we know from experience that this does not stop an over zealous SS with a hatred for families and children.  These people, as you will see, fabricate evidence, lie, coerce and cheat in order to get their own way, and nothing seems to stop them.............yet.

The was no logical reason for these children to be on the "at risk"

Ms Nixon, or Weston as she was once called, typifies the kind of person that trains to become a Social Worker.  She is malicious, power crazy, unintelligent, unsophisticated and down right evil.  Her thirst for causing pain is endless, and she will go about her dastardly business safe in the belief that she is untouchable in law. 

This woman has a sexual relationship with a child-beater, who kills a baby and she covers up for him.  When the scandal becomes news, she simply changes her name and moves to another part of the  SS.  She covers up evidence, provides false evidence, lies, fakes and gets away with it all, because she is part of the SS.  

Mrs Tears parent thought hat they would be able to make a valuable contribution to the outcome of this case conference, so Mr & Mrs Tear drove 100 mile to collect them.

The family arrived at the case conference, but discovered that they had been mislead as to the time and venue.  Undeterred, they made their way to where the now secret meeting was being held.  Clearly, they weren't expected.

For support, the Tears arranged to meet a witness and their solicitor.  The witness would clarify the position as to their daughters sad and unfortunate decline into being a drug user, and how the Tear's had done all they could to influence her away from the clutches of the evil drug pusher.  remember, it was the whole tears family that became the victims of this scum, not just the daughter.

Their is always a strong odour of coffee and mothballs, lots of false smiles, the odd person who says nothing, does nothing, but makes lots of notes, and a well practised spiel about how the meeting should progress.

You have lots of highly paid air-heads, sitting around deciding the fate of your family, basking in the glory of the power they have and totally disregarding the plight and pain that they are putting you and your family though.

If you disagree with what they say, you are a trouble maker and militant.

Instant, judgement is clouded and the whole family is regarded as an abusive one.

You must know at this point that Mrs Tear had no idea, and did not give her permission for these notes to be introduced to the proceedings.  Indeed, if this case is about their being competent parents, why on earth should this lady's early medical history be of significance.  Understandable if she had a history of mental illness or something that would indicate cause for concern, but we are talking about Mr & Mrs Middle England here.  Not Mrs Jack the Ripper.

It must be said here that there was no substance to this meeting, or why the children should and were put on the "at risk" register.  It simply happened, which is a common outcome for most of these types of meeting.  Things happen in a non-sequititious fashion.

One day you are a normal family, albeit with problems, the next you are scrutinised in macro detail by some over zealous SS.

It is difficult to imagine what this family was going through.  They desperately needed help, and all they were given was the most tremendous and awful pain. 

Following the meeting, the Tear's were told that all of their complaints would be addressed. All to commonly, this does not happen and any complaint you make about the SS is totally ignored and brushed under the table.  There are many examples of this on this site.

Moving on ......

The family were allocated a SS called Bob Wakefield to further investigate the Tear's competency as parents.

Wakefield started to make indecent and perverted telephone calls to Mr's Tear, one of which was unfortunately witnessed by the eldest Daughter.  He stated that he would drop the case in return for sexual favours from Mrs Tear.

On further occasions, Wakefield was witnessed stalking Mrs Tear in town.  When challenged about this, he made off like a Frightened rabbit.

Wakefield arranged two more meetings to discuss the family's fate, and again the Tears were given the wrong time and venue.  Their complaints fell on deaf ears, as is normal.

Daughter removed.

The young girl who had become addicted to drugs was admitted to hospital for treatment, by the Tears.  On her release, she was taken forcibly and against her will, and that of her parents, to a foster home.

Most of the procedure put in place to ensure that this sort of action is carried out properly, were breached my Rosemary Nixon/Weston.  The parents were not told where their daughter was taken, and were denied access to her.  The thing is, it was the Tears who sought medical help and support for their daughter, not plied her with drugs or abused her.  Nixon/Weston would not listen, she had her agenda and was determined to see it through.

The Tears where not informed of their rights, nor were they told that this was a "temporary" and "voluntary" arrangement, and that no court order existed that empowered the SS to remove their child without their consent.

The pain and utter distress that this caused Mrs Tear was complete and she was often found wandering the streets of Northampton, searching for her lost child.

Great emphasis was made on the fact that all of the Tear's children had been treated for nits, and the SS completely ignored the fact that there had been an outbreak of this vermin at the children's school/  Still, to them it was a further sign of the inability of the parents to look after their children.  The fact that the Tear's had sought treatment for it was irrelevant in their warped minds.

At the home where the child was located, all of her possessions were taken from her and the only access the parents had was on two visits to the dentist, where they were allowed 5 minutes each time whilst under supervision.  This sort of treatment is traumatic to both the parents and the child, who had never really done anything wrong.

Nixon/Weston told the child that "Your parents do not want you,, we are going to fix you up with permanent foster parents"

What were Nixon/Weston's motives ?  How can this evil woman be allowed to carry on destroying families and hurting people in such a grotesque way. ?

This is the same women whom 12 years prior, had been involved in a national scandal called "The Rosemary Weston affair"  in Hastings.  As mentioned, she was having an affair with the step father of a baby that was being battered and abused.  the child was killed, the parents imprisoned and Rosemary Weston simply moved, changed her name to Nixon and ended up with an office at Northampton General Hospital, preying on vulnerable families.

A breath of fresh air came when Nixon/Weston and Wakefield were taken off the case, due to the complaints made by the Tears, and a new SS by the name of Mr Clossic was assigned to sort this sorry mess out..

It later transpired that she had turned up at a school friends house not too far away.  The parents of this friend where helpful and did took the girl in.  After some careful questioning, it was decided by these people that the best course of action would be to contact the SS.  The girl said she could not remember her address, and as any concerned and responsible people, the thought this the best course of action.  The time

The SS sought a care order in court, and the Tears went along to give Witness.  MR Tear was not allowed in court, even though he is the natural father, and so representations for defence were made by Mrs Tear and her solicitor.  Still, no evidence was allowed from the tear family at this time.

Sadly, this is an all too common occurrence in the Family courts in this country.  Daily, men's rights are abused by monstrous system of bias and discrimination.  The SS are held up as experts, when clearly, they are often the abusers of families.  Indeed, many cases are coming to light where the SS have themselves abused children supposedly in their care.

The case was adjourned for reports.  The Tears were told by Clossic that if he were not allowed into their home, their children would be taken away.  Now think about this for a moment.  You have a set of disturbing events that are always made worse when the SS become involved.  You discover that the very people who are supposed to help you in times of crisis, are in fact liars, cheats and meddling powercrats who sit in judgement when their very own credibility is not just questionable, but clearly opaque.  How do you feel ?  Do you want to allow them into your home ?  Do you want to talk to them ?  I don't think so.

The utter despair that the Tears were suffering at the hands of the SS drove them to drastic action.  It was decided that they would leave this country and go and live in peace elsewhere.

Moving to Ireland, the Switzerland and finally settling in Peru, the Tears thought that finally, their troubles were over. 

Then Mrs Tear contracted Typhoid and became desperately ill.  MR Tear, who was still in the UK earning money to keep the family, and tying up their affairs was arrested and taken before a Judge, who, on behalf of the SS demanded to know where Mrs Tear was.  He refused and was locked up in Pentonville for contempt.

Mrs Tear had no choice, other than to return to the UK, still suffering from typhoid. 

Another Court appearance followed, brought by the SS who sand their own praises afor getting the family back to the UK.  Actually, it was the fact that they had the breadwinner locked up and that Mrs Tear was desperately ill, a condition that was aggravated by this next set of events.

Whilst the Tear's were away, searches of their home were made and substantial damage caused to their property.

Upon their return to the UK, the Tears where put under house arrest and the children where not allowed to leave without the SS chaperoning them.  They were not even allowed to go to school.  In addition, the SS obtained a court order banning the press from publishing this story.

Mrs Tear needed an operation and was quite ill at this time.  Mr tear was out of Prison, where he should not have even been.

With Mrs Tear still in hospital, Mr Tear was forced to go to curt once again.  The court was told by the SS that there was nothing wrong with Mrs Tear and that she would be released that evening.  Mr Tear went to the hospital to collect his wife, and discovered that she was very ill and that she was going to have another operation the next day.  The hospital did say that the SS had called, but they were not told anything.

We find that in the absence of facts or information the SS had a tendency to make up their own stories.  This is not unique to this case, and is a common occurrence.  The sad thing is, the courts believe them.
